Because our products are perishable and made to order, our policy follows the rules for perishable goods under the Saudi E-Commerce Law and consumer protection regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancelling an Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before Preparation Starts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may cancel free of charge and receive a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparation for same-day orders begins shortly after the order is placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To cancel your order, contact us on WhatsApp at <strong>+966 53 332 9636<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">After Preparation Has Started<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because the flowers have been cut and arranged for you, the order can no longer be cancelled for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will do our best to help, for example by rescheduling the delivery or changing the recipient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customised and Personalised Orders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customised bouquets created using the <strong>AI Customiser<\/strong> and personalised items cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changing an Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following details can be changed free of charge as long as the order has not yet gone out for delivery:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delivery date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery time window<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recipient details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Card message<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Product changes are possible before preparation starts. Any resulting price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fresh flowers, chocolates and other perishable or personalised goods cannot be returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non-perishable gifts, such as vases, perfumes or jewellery sold on their own, may be returned within <strong>[7] days of delivery<\/strong>, provided that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item is unused.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The item is in its original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any original seal remains intact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is responsible for the return delivery cost unless the item is faulty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If Something Is Wrong With Your Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your arrangement arrives <strong>damaged, wilted, incomplete, or clearly different from what was ordered<\/strong>, please contact us within <strong>24 hours of delivery<\/strong> via WhatsApp or email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please provide a photograph of the arrangement as received so that we can assess the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the circumstances and at your choice, we will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Replace the arrangement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver any missing items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refund the affected part of the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please keep the flowers until we have replied so that we can assess them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Failed Deliveries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we are unable to complete the delivery because of an incorrect address, an unreachable recipient or a refusal to accept the order, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A second delivery may be subject to an additional delivery charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the delivery failure was caused by us, we will either redeliver the order at no additional cost or provide a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds are made to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and STC Pay<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds are released within <strong>[3] working days<\/strong>.
