If there is any defect, damage, or error in the order or product, requests for compensation or refunds will be reviewed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer protection laws.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before preparation or shipping begins. Once the order is being prepared or has been shipped, cancellation may only be possible at Blumen’s discretion or where permitted under applicable local laws.
If cancellation is made before fulfillment begins, any payment made will be refunded within a reasonable period to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.


Rescheduling Orders

You may request to reschedule delivery before the delivery process starts. Rescheduling will be confirmed based on product and service availability at the requested time.


Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (such as flowers, personalized gifts, or perishable goods), returns may only be accepted in cases where the product is defective or does not match the order placed.
In such cases, you must notify Blumen immediately (within a set period from receipt) and provide photos or other supporting evidence. The matter will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.
